The 15th Air Force Wall was dedicated in 1998 with a bronze bust of General
James Doolittle set in front on a large granite stone. The wall is

place a bronze plaque along the wall. Also, inscribed tiles may be
placed in front of the wall. During May 1999, the first group of tiles
were placed near the wall in commemoration of the 98th Bombardment Wing.
